Position Title: Case Processing Assistant / Consultant Assistant
Working Location: Brandon, Manitoba, Canada
Salary Range: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Working Hours: 10:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday
A developing immigration and education consulting firm is looking for Case Processing Assistants to join the the firm to assist the Case Processing Manager and the entire team to process university and immigration applications including TRV, TRP, PRV, and various various permits issued by IRCC and HRSDC.
To be succeed in this role, you should possess sufficient Chinese and English reading and writing skills to read and translate Chinese documents into English. In addition, you should possess great communication skills to communicate clients for missing documents and application procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian institution and understand school application process.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare documents checklist for each individual applicant
• Translate application documents from Chinese to English
• Assist the case processing manager in organize, prepare and compile application packages
• Create customer information collection survey to collect necessary client information
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient user of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian institution
• Understanding Canadian immigration policies and requirements
• Possess a valid work permit in Canada
