A large property management company in Winnipeg is looking for a full-time maintenance worker. If you like or good at home repairing, handy work, this job may be for you.
Apartment maintenance will handle multiple works…
- Suitepainting, repair lights, doors, power plugs, kitchen bathroom tap, sink pipes, clear clogging drain pipes, flooring…
- Building area maintenance, snow or grass cleanup...
- Everything you see in your home, you have a chance to repair them…
- Communication skill is needed, you would need to talk to tenants, problem-solving, coordinate with on-site offices.
- Have your driver's license & car ready, you need to travel to different properties on the same day.
- You might need to work on different properties in Winnipeg.
- Sometimes you might need to work overtime if necessary.
- This job is not always clean, sometimes you might get messy, like got wet paint, clean clogging pipes, repair the toilet...
