Alarge property management company in Winnipeg is looking for a full-timemaintenance worker. Ifyou like or good at home repairing, handy work, this job may be for you.Properties maintenance will handle multiple works as below…
- Suiteor building painting, repair lights, doors, power plugs, kitchen bathroom tap,sink pipes, clear clogging drain pipes, install or remove flooring… Everything you see inyour home, you have a chance to repair them…
- Buildingarea maintenance, landscaping, snow or grass removal...
- Communicationskill is needed, you would need to communicate with tenants, problem-solving,coordinate with on-site offices.
- Haveyour driver license & car ready, travel to different properties on the sameday is possible within Winnipeg.
- Possibleovertime might be needed if necessary. Especially end of month move-out &move-in preparation. This job is not always clean, sometimes you might getmessy, like wet paint, clean clogged pipes, repair the toilet...
