**Job Advertisement: Invictus Golf is Hiring Baker and Co-op Baker**
**Position Description:**
We are seeking passionate and creative individuals to join our team as Baker and Co-op Baker at Invictus Golf. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cookies, brownies, and other assorted pastries. You will have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and work collaboratively with our team to deliver the finest baked goods to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare various baked goods according to recipes, ensuring product quality and taste meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery, keeping work areas tidy and safe
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the safety and freshness of all products
- Participate in menu development and innovation to offer customers novel baking selections
- Assist in managing inventory and orders to ensure an adequate supply of required ingredients
**Additional Responsibilities for Co-op Baker:**
- Under the guidance of experienced Bakers, interns will learn various baking techniques, recipe formulation, and pastry decoration
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new recipes and baking processes
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff members as needed
**Requirements:**
- Deep understanding and passion for baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong teamwork skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to maintain high efficiency in a busy work environment
- Strict awareness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
