Position:Winnipeg Local Sales Engineer
Responsibility
1. Manage daily operation in terms of sales maintenance and development.
2. Maintain running business and develop new business.
3. Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
4. Maximize and defend existing businesses and market share to achieve sales target.
5. Identify new opportunities and take initial process to get in.
6. Make business plan and achieve annual sales target.
7. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits.
8. Promote company to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship.
9. Problem solving with proper action on customer complains.
10. Follow up instruction from the supervisor.
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering or business preferred.
2. 3-5 year’s sales experience preferred
3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
4. Must have experience of business development and customer maintenance towards international company.
5. Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.

2. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events, including intelligence of competitors.
3. Logical thinking, excellent communication skills and IT fluency.
