The 2020 rent increase guideline is 2.4 percent, effective January 1, 2020. Tenants must be given proper written notice at least three months before a rent increase takes effect (e.g., if a landlord wants to increase the rent on January 1, a tenant must receive the notice on, or before, September 30).

涨这么多是要好好问问公寓管理方
不行的话是可以投诉给政府的
