Apartments / Properties Maintenance Worker

A large property management company in Winnipeg is looking for a full-time maintenance worker. If you like or good at home repairing, handy work, this job may be for you. Properties maintenance will handle multiple works as below¡­

Suite painting, repair lights, doors, power plugs,kitchen bathroom tap, sink pipes, clear clogging drain pipes, install or remove flooring, toilets¡­ Everything you see in your home, you have a chance to repair¡­

Building property area maintenance, landscaping, snowgrass removal, garbage clean up...

Communication skill is needed, you need to communicate with tenants, problem-solving, coordinate with on-site offices.

Have your driver's license & car ready, travel to different properties on the same day are possible within Winnipeg.

Possible work overtime might be needed if necessary. Especially end of month move-out &move-in preparation. This job is not always clean, sometimes you might get messy, like wet paint, clean clogged pipes, repair the toilet...

If you think you don't have enough skills for the job, we will train you, but you need to have the energy for the job, indoor or outdoor,hot summer & cold winter, handle the heavy lifting, and enthusiastic about it. And this is a long-term full-time job with regulated pay, The hourly rate will be discussed when we meet.
