Your Role: Station Manager
Key Responsibilities: Operations: - Direct operational aspects, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Meet business goals and operation metrics Arrange layout and maintenance of warehouse, sorting line, vehicles and equipment
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Verify and manage payment/adjustment on base of packages and performance
- Attend regular security and safety meeting, report branch status and update
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Liaise and follow up lease, insurance, contractors, handle commercial affairs related to provincial and municipal
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Maintaining: - Ensure marketing strategies are executed
- Ensure a safe environment, including theft prevention
- Ensure employees are complying with company policies
- Prepare prevention options to assure operation in case of emergencies
Development: - Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Look for growth opportunities within the branch
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
What You Bring: · Language Skills: Fluent in both English (required) and Chinese (preferred). · Process-Oriented: Strong ability to structure and implement efficient processes. · Communication Excellence: Skilled in clear communication, conflict resolution, and people management. · Team Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and support a team to achieve goals.
